Mareiwa Café is a family business that opened its doors in 2017 on rue des Cascades in Saint-Hyacinthe. Led by Lorena Meneses, Mareiwa Café aims to import quality Colombian green coffee and then roast it in Saint-Hyacinthe for Quebec coffee lovers. Their coffee comes from a coop in the Sierra Nevada region of Colombia.
The name MAREIWA comes from an indigenous language of Colombia, Arhuaco, which means “happiness”.
Combia cold brew coffee has 75% less bitterness than filter coffee, 2x more caffeine than filter coffee, no artificial preservatives and no added refined sugar are used in its making.
Cascara teas are made from an infusion of coffee fruit, low in sugar, refreshing and sparkling.
