Bécancour, April 8, 2021 – Today, another Pan-Canadian recognition has been added for the organic and lactose-free cheese and beer fondue from Fromagerie L’Ancêtre in Bécancour. After receiving the SIAL INNOVATION award in 2020 in the Organic Award category, the product becomes a finalist for the Canadian Grand Prix for New Products from the Retail Council of Canada, CCCD in the Packaged products for retail category. It is with joy that the President and CEO of Fromagerie L’Ancêtre, Pascal Désilets, received this news from the organization whose mission is to defend the interests of retailers in Canada through effective representation activities, communication and education.
