First cold-pressed virgin oils, made of camelina, canola and hemp, which are very rich in omega-3. Originally raising Highland cattles, the family business has shifted to organic plant farming. They harvest organic gluten-free cereals mainly for human consumption, such as buckwheat, oats, lentils, peas, camelina, rapeseed.
Their hand-crafted press delivers a flow of 1 liter of oil per hour at a temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, which are the conditions for true cold-pressing. Thanks to this slow process, all the nutritional and taste values of the oils are preserved.
