Saveurs & Nature – decadent organic chocolates

Saveurs & Nature started out in Nantes in 2001, in the Pays de la Loire region. Jean-Michel Mortreau then made organic chocolate in small quantities to offer his customers “Resto’bio”, one of the first certified organic restaurants in France. Thanks to the quality and finesse of his chocolates, Jean-Michel Mortreau was quickly approached by organic stores in the Nantes region who wanted to market them.

This is how the delicious adventure of Saveurs & Nature and Ikalia organic chocolates began!
