Tapp Products is a Quebec family business coming from pioneers of organic farming. Originally from Gaspé, they returned to their origins to produce certified organic vegetables, hence enjoying the quality of life, fresh air and soil and overall eager to participate in organic farming development.
Since 1994, Tapp Product specializes in unpasteurized lactofermented staples. Lactofermentation is the natural fermentation process for preserving vegetables, while it increases nutritional properties due to their high content of enzymes, minerals and vitamins.
Delicious sauerkrauts and Kimchi made from certified organic vegetables. The organic cabbage they use in all their recipes is carefully cropped on the Gaspé’s coasts.
