Massawippi – organic unpasterized miso & tamari

Founded in late 1999, Massawippi is an artisanal workshop where they make unpasteurized, organic and long-fermented miso and miso-damari (tamari miso). It is the only Canadian company east of Toronto to design, develop and manufacture live organic foods whose function is to maintain, improve health through digestive assimilation processes and reduce the incidence of food intolerance.

Massawippi proudly produce highly nutritional products rich in enzymes and lactobacilli, particularly in the field of nutraceuticals, probiotics and probiotics.
